Meet John Harline
John is the founder of MBM Legacy, LLC and its investment banking and private equity affiliates. He also has many additional interests, partnerships and activities in the real estate and energy financing sectors, which have a broad reach globally. John earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in Marketing, and has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

MBM Legacy consults with real estate and energy developers worldwide, assisting in buy side and sell side mandates, private equity structure, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions through its network of institutions, endowments, family office and registered investment advisory relationships.
